formerly Alias|Wavefront, no longer use any of those names, now it's just Autodesk. Today, Autodesk announced
their merger is a done deal, and now Maya, the 3d composition program, is made by Autodesk. Autodesk has gone on
a buying spree as of late, acquiring Discreet as well. The good news? Now, it'll be even easier to get
meta-data from your Maya scenes into Combustion. The bad news? Less competition between 3ds Max and
